42 Family Carers enjoyed a Christmas Lunch at The Woodlands House Hotel, Adare. This was a great opportunity to relax in friendly surroundings and meet Carers from different parts of the City and County. The food was delicious, Vegetable Soup for Starters, followed by a choice of Turkey & Ham or Salmon. There was then a choice of Christmas Pudding or a Dessert Platter for dessert. The service was excellent.
Three of our Carers won Hampers at the Raffle, and there was a couple of spot prizes. Everybody went home totally relaxed.
